This week’s piece is a guest post by Scott Anthony
It’s a post he wrote and shared with an entrepreneurial group he hosts and mentors online. When I read it, I immediately thought this is something that needs to be shared on LifeUntucked. Scott graciously agreed and now has the dubious honor of contributing the very first guest post to my humble piece of the interwebs.
Sometimes it is good to sit and go ‘Rogue and Wireless’…
… and leave technology behind and just enjoy all the simple yet incredible things around us.
When looking at the sun or the magnificent view, remember the people who cannot see.
When listening to the birds and hearing their morning songs or the voices of friends and family, remember those who can no longer hear.
When wishing there were less cars on the road or less people in the lines in front, remember those who can no longer make the journey on their own.
When wondering when things will get easier, or life and business would not be as frustrating, remember those who have taken their last breath and are no longer here to share in the chance to make a difference.
And when wondering what we can each do next to move us closer to our ideal goals, remember those who never found the courage to chase a dream in the first place.
We are okay 🙂 and where we are is just a momentary passage of time we get to enjoy for the next 90 seconds – before it too, is gone forever.
Enjoy this moment you are in right now…
Close your eyes, listen to the sounds around you.
Smell the fragrances that fill the air.
Remove your shoes and stop to feel the earth beneath your feet.
Take a moment to look at all the good memories we each have and all the opportunities that lay before us.
Feel your heartbeat and send a message to those who are taking their very last breath at this moment.
Believe it or not … your energy and vibration carry incredible power.
Enjoy this moment with your eyes closed.
Thanks, Scott… That was awesome!
